Frequently Asked Questions

If you are experiencing a life-threatening or other serious emergency, call 911
or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

When you arrive at Papillion Health Center, the staff will greet you and seat you at the waiting room. We will examine you as quickly as possible — average waiting time is 15 minutes.

We will discuss your problem and ask about your medical history. Afterwards, a thorough examination will be conducted. We may request examinations and tests to assist and support our diagnosis.

X-rays, blood and/or urine analysis, and EKGs can all be performed with no delay at our facility. If you have previous examinations and tests related to your current condition, please bring those along to the consultation. Also bring any copies of letters from other doctors or recent medication. It will help us to help you.

We will discuss with you the results of your examinations and we will recommend the proper treatment. The next step will depend on the results of your examinations and the nature of the medical concerns. You will either be discharged from our clinic, scheduled for a follow-up, or referred to another health professional.

If a follow-up or further consultations are needed, the staff will assist you to schedule your next appointment.
